SANTA ROSA BUREAU CULTURAL was invited by the Vale Foundation to elaborate the conceptual basis of the Parauapebas Cultural Center, a cultural equipment to be created in this city, equiped with library, dance, music and visual arts rooms, audiovisual studio, community space, cafeteria and a complete cutting-edge theater.

Besides, Santa Rosa Bureau Cultural elaborated the Necessities Program for the place, which was presented and approved by the local community. This program served as subsidy to the elaboration of executive architectural and complementary projects, also in charge of the Bureau.
