From 2000 to 2004, SANTA ROSA BUREAU CULTURAL gave technical consulting to FIEMG (State of Minas Gerais Industry Federation), formatting many projects for the Rouanet Law, and in 2003 elaborated the federation’s strategic plan for culture.

SRBC also formatted the project of fiscal incentive for the Culture Center José Maria Barra to be created in Uberaba, including the renovation of its space, construction of a theater and gallery, besides organizational and administrative planning.
