SANTA ROSA BUREAU CULTURAL gave technical consulting to the structuring and regulation of the Cultural Institute Amílcar Martins, a non-profit civil association of cultural nature, with the objective of studying, preserving and publicizing the history and culture of Minas Gerais. The Bureau has also elaborated the maintenance and extension projects for the institute in its first year of operation, submitted to the laws of cultural incentive.
